Recognition

The ACS-CHAL Forensic Lawyer-Scientist designation is recognized by the Chemistry & the Law Division of the American Chemical Society; it reflects completed forensic science courses and an examination. Neither is a board certification by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and no recognition predicts the outcome of a case.

Consultation requests

Information you choose to submit is sent over HTTPS to the firm’s hosting provider for the purpose of responding to your request. When delivery is connected, the request is recorded in private server storage and a notification is sent to the firm’s email. Form entries are not saved in your browser, added to page addresses, or shared with analytics. If delivery cannot be confirmed, the form asks you to call or email instead. Please keep your first request brief and avoid confidential details or sensitive records.

Website data

The firm does not add advertising or analytics scripts to this website. The hosting provider may process technical request information needed to serve and protect it. The official Super Lawyers badge and Google reviews widget load from external providers, which receive standard request information such as your IP address and browser type. The Google reviews widget is the same service connected to the firm’s original website; its scripts, review images, and other resources may be served by its provider and Google. Those services may use their own storage or cookies under their own policies. Links to other websites, email applications, and phone services operate under their own terms.

Email & urgent matters

Ordinary email is not a secure place for sensitive records. Use the first contact to arrange a conversation. If a court date or deadline is approaching, call the firm directly. Contacting the firm does not extend a deadline.

Fees

The initial consultation is free. Any representation fee, expenses, and payment terms are explained before you decide whether to hire the firm and are set out in a written engagement agreement.
